Diamonds in Bloom
The Diamonds in Bloom is based on the Prismatic Star (published in 2014) and Prismatic Star Queen (published in 2017), designed by Brad and Judy Niemeyer from Quiltworx.com. It teaches a basic strip piecing process that is used with most of our star quilts and requires 2-1/2” strips. The diamond block is used in a 100” x 100” layout that requires *48) diamonds, a background, and a border. This block can be mixed and matched and rotated with other similar sized diamond blocks using an online fabric and block auditioning applications called Quiltster.
Compatibility: This pattern is NOT compatible with the previously published Prismatic Star wall quilt despite the fact that the blocks appear to be the same.
